1. International Shipping
1.1 Purchase Policy
All products available at voilux.com are shipped directly from our international suppliers (Europe and Asia) to the address provided at checkout.
Average delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks after dispatch, depending on your location and the product purchased. Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Payments made via certain methods may take up to 3 business days to be confirmed in our system.
We provide a tracking code for every order so you can monitor your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take up to 10 business days to appear in the courier’s system, as international parcels are only scanned once they reach your local customs office.
In some cases, delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays, holidays, customs inspections, or other logistical issues.
Voilux guarantees the delivery of your order. In case of loss or non-delivery, we will fully refund the amount paid for the product. All orders include tracking and insurance to ensure you receive your items safely — or get 100% of your money back.
1.2 Insured Shipping
If your order is not delivered within 60 days of dispatch, you will receive a full refund. Please note that this timeframe follows carrier insurance policies and may be subject to change.
If you purchase multiple products, you may receive them in separate packages, depending on supplier locations. This is completely normal for international orders.
1.3 Order Tracking
Orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier, always with a tracking code provided. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions once your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 10 business days to become available after the code is issued.
2. General Conditions
2.1 Address Information
Please make sure your shipping address is filled out correctly during checkout. Voilux will ship your order to the exact address provided, and we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.
2.2 Recipient Availability
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package. Carriers usually make three delivery attempts. If no one is available, the package will be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup within 7 calendar days.
If not collected, the parcel will be returned to the sender. A new shipping fee will apply for reshipment.
2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Voilux is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the parcel is returned due to an address issue, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
2.4 Customs & Import Fees
If any customs or import fees are applied, Voilux will cover them. You only pay the price listed on our website — nothing more.
