Return or Exchange Conditions

At Voilux, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging;

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received;

  • All tags, manuals, and included accessories must be returned.

Important: Returns will not be accepted if any of the above conditions are not met.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email support@voilux.com and include the following information:

  • Product name;

  • Order number;

  • Email used for purchase;

  • Reason for return or exchange;

  • Photo or video evidence of any defect (if applicable).

Once your request is confirmed, we’ll provide the return shipping address and issue your refund, including the original shipping cost.

Refund Methods

  • Credit Card Refund: The refund may appear on your statement within up to two billing cycles, depending on your payment provider.

  • Bank Transfer (ACH): Refunds can be issued within 10 business days after return confirmation.
    Refunds can only be sent to the original purchaser’s account.
