Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

At Voilux, we’re constantly working to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging;

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received;

• The product must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.

Important: Returns will not be accepted if any of the above conditions are not met.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please send an email to support@voilux.com with the following information:

• Product name;

• Order number;

• Email address used at checkout;

• Reason for the return or exchange;

• Photo or video showing the defect (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and issue a full refund for the product and original shipping cost.
